Alcohol usually works. Gas if you are real careful. There's also some stuff called sticker-off.

On a warm day, take a container of cooking oil outside with some strong paper towels and rub all along the bumper where the glue is-saturate it with the oil. It should come off easily and then you can clean it with soap and water.

Look for "Wax & Grease Remover" at your local auto parts shop. It's what the auto body shops use to prep a car for primer & paint, it doesn't strip paint & removes allmost anything else.(other than week+ old road tar). Lighter fluid also works but be careful with it, if left on too long the lighter fluid WILL eat at the paint.

Keep spraying it with Glass cleaner,Foam glass cleaner works the best
it will soften the glue and you can wipe it off little by little

try some warm water and a Mr clean magic eraser, also try using goo-gone with it it should take it off pretty easily
