with alcohol, it takes about 24 hours to be completely out of your system, as far as smoking (marijuana or tobacco?) with marijuana it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 months depending on how much body fat you have and how much water you are drinking.. the more water you drink the more it will flush out your system and speed up the process.

I think you should quit smoking immediately and forever. Drinking in moderation probably is fine and the odd beer or two should metabolise out of your system in 24 hours unless you have been starving yourself. Drinking a lot of water would speed up the process.

stop smoking now. That evidence will show up in your lungs later in life when your lung capacity naturally diminishes.

Drink? 2 beers a day is ok. moderation is the key. I think it's 12 hours and it's out of your system.

alcohol like a 24 to 48 hours i think, and depends what your somking, mj can stay in your hair roots up to a year, but it all depends on how much and how long, where and when, and the amount of water you drink...the more water the less of a chance to show up.

Drinking a few days, smoking I`m not sure, they will listen to your lungs with a stereoscope and tell you to cough to hear wheezing, might take a while to get rid of that
