Just curious .. as 4% of the programming on TV, and 7% on the History Channel, as well as 42% on the SciFi channel deals with aliens or UFOs, I was wondering if odds are high I'll get whisked away. Please let me know, I don't want to have to wear a chastity belt every night to avoid the probing!

I would say the chances are slim to none that you get "abducted" by aliens, that does not mean it's not possible. Also, given the amount of technology the creatures would have needed to get here, I don't think a chastity belt would help much. You could probably spend your energy more wisely worrying about things that are much more present and dangerous: Better yet, do what you can to protect your self from danger: and leave the worrying to someone else.

Now if you would have asked what are our chances of being "invaded" by aliens; I would have said, 100%. I would have said this because it probably has already happened. Have you heard of that meteorite that entered earths atmosphere back in 2001. Well it supposedly deposited tons of something that look like red blood cells. The latest test results are almost conclusive that it is extraterrestrial by nature. What is not sure is whether the substance is alive; though it can replicate itself in favorable conditions. Here is an article about the stuff. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_rain_in_Kerala

I just hope this is not the dreaded "blood" that is suppose to take over earths waters, that the book of Revelations (8:7-12) talks about.

Odds aren't very high, but if they were, I don't think a chastity belt would help. If they want it, they will take it. Just like in prison. It's enough to freak some people out. That's why anal probing aliens make such good horror stories. You can't run, and can't hide from something that can track you and take you at will.

It would seem to be very likely, but don't worry too much, the probe thing is not so bad if it is done in a gentle and caring manner, every other abductie seems to have survived it just fine and seem to actually enjoy recounting the experience

Disclaimer: We of the Aliens who fly in UFOs Federation (AWFUF) have no intentions of abducting you. You were never, and never will be on our shortlist. If by any chance you do get abducted and probed in the nether region, we would like to tell you in advance, that it is probably FBI, masquerading as us.

there is no info that any one has ever been abducted by technique of extraterrestrial beings or maybe that extraterrestrial beings have ever reached Earth so at this level the answer is 0. unidentified flying merchandise purely means that you don't understand what it truly is, no longer that it truly is an alien spacecraft.

3 out of 4 aliens use 75% of the UFO's you hear about...sobering thought.

If you're serious, you could start from the Drake Equation to see the probability of other intelligent life existing, then you could apply that toward the rest of the problem.
