abdominal pain (usually high - underneath the ribcage) especially after meals, sometimes dark, tarry stools (which would indicate digested blood), frequent heartburn/indigestion...

Very frequent heartburn is one symptom, but the most telltale one is a gnawing pain when your stomach is empty.

recurring stomach pain. it hurts more when on an empty stomach, and can hurt when it's to full too! always best to see a dr
