Iam 13 and cant get a REAL boyfriend they either play me,or cheat on me. anyone got any suggestions to helpme?

I think really there is no set age that a girl should start dating. At 13, I was VERY mature, and I am just as much in love with the guy i liked when i was 13, today as much as then.

but that doesnt happen for all of us. I have been through a lot! You can't keep living for "some guy".. you cant go every day "I am so SICK of being single".. it wont work that way. It wont EVER work that way.

Just know, though you may feel mature enough to hold onto a REAL relationship, guys your age are not really thinkin about stuff like that (and if they are, they have MTV to look up to for advice.. do you THINK they are doin a good job showing guys how to treat girls?!)
When i was your age, i dated older guys. Dont do that either, because there's this line there, and the older they get, the more they just want those legs open. Sure, they may seem like they are real real nice to you, and they never even mention sex, but they want it.

You go through all of this hurt so you can become better and better for the one your heart is really meant for.

Hey.. try this: how about, you stop LOOKING for a boyfriend, and let him find you! I know, you think I am crazy.. and you dont believe it will ever happen.. but it will.. trust me. If you try to become the person that you would love to date... make yourself "dateable" (note:this does not mean paintyourself with makeup and wear tight tight cloths and be "easy") the right guy will come along.

Opposed to what the prior responses have been, I would say instead of NOT dating at thirteen, you need to realize YOUR ONLY thirteen so most likely the guys your dating are the same age, and sweetie, girls mature faster, once your in high school (14/15) the guys are much better. Right now focus on finding a really close guy friend and you'll be surprised how getting to know a guy as a friend can make him a better boyfriend in the long run, because he will already care for you and not just want a 13 year old booty call. one you are not too young and 2 i imagine its someone older than u u are going out with cause they tend to cheat more and 2 u may have just set urself up to be chased by molesters here and don't take what i'm saying stupid adult talk yeah i know i sound stupid but i'm a 15 year old guy. i know what i'm talkin about so u may want to take some of these comments with little thought. just flirt with one of us guys who aren't the most popular in school at ur age and u'll be fine.but if it does happen again then that guy is a deusch bag cause if u really like ur gf then u think about her allllll day sometimes its nice and others(like during finals) its annoying.but right now u can refine ur dating technique and stuff it'll be great experience as long as u don't get into serious groping and sex and nude stuff right now, trust me its destroyed some peoples lives i know.now they have to sit at home all day with baby no future in career and if u do that at this age and don't get pregnant then u'll be talked of as a whore until graduation.hope i helped

At 13, it's not likely that you're going to start dating the guy that you're going to marry. I didn't have a "real boyfriend" until I was 18, and although we dated for a while, it still didn't work out since we were both so immature and in different stages in life. Unless you're ready to get married, don't worry about dating or getting a boyfriend. Enjoy the freedom of just getting to know friends -- it's just more complicated the older you get. :)

You are only 13. Don't look for a REAL boyfriend. Just have guys that you hang out with. You will have much more time for REAL boyfriends when you get older. In fact, a REAL boyfriend now would probably try to push you into things, that I can pretty much guarantee, you are not ready for. You sould just have many different guy friends that you hang out with. Besides, if you have a REAL boyfriend, you don't get to flirt with the other guys anymore! Enjoy it while it lasts!! Ü

hey im 13 and knowing im the same age is you this will sound weird. i don't think the most important thing in life is to get a boy.
i mean i like chilling out with my friends. its cool to have a boyfriend. but its easier to get a real one as you put it if you be yourself and don't try too hard. thats what gets the attention of the real boyfriends. they like you for who you are and not who you aren't. well good luck

Thirteen is such a vulnerable age! I know you probably don't feel like that but it is the truth. You don't need a real boyfriend now. You should date, but there is really no need to settle down at your young age.
