lots of protein...and increase your daily caloric intake, but don't do it using junkfood alone, try to keep it healthy and balanced.

First, ask yourself why you want to gain weight. Don't just eat and eat and eat and eat. That won't do you any good. Seek advice from a doctor or somebody who knows what they are talking about. Perhaps they could tell you what will work for you.

Try 8 pints of Guinness every day. Basically good, stuff. Has added advantage of making you want junk food on the way home. Also increases likelihood of getting pregnant (weight increase guaranteed!).

Eat bananas, which are high in potassium and calorie rich.

Also add moderate amounts of raw nuts to your diet, as they are high in calories and good fats, while being a good source of protein. (Avacado isn't a bad idea, either)

Exercise to put on muscle--which weighs more than fat. Consult a trainer or health professional on working with weights and on taking up a routine like martial arts or yoga.

Add a protein shake to your diet--like Ensure. People undergoing chemotherapy are often asked to supplement their diets with these in order to keep their weight up.

If it is legal in your area, consider smoking marijuana to get your appetite up (my grandmother was prescribed hash when she had breast cancer, and it helped to get her eating).

eat a bunch of ice cream. lol j/k dont do that because if you gain weight TOO fast then you'll get stretch marks. just snack more than normal i guess

well, by do u want to gain weight? well dont eat alot of ice cream, just eat like every1 else does so u dont get to fat or skinny

eat an extra serving of starch and dairy at each meal
