Sure, you need a place to stay, and HE is kicking you out.

If your friend offered you a place to stay and you have no where else to go, then yes. BUT, if this friend is in any way the reason for your husband kicking you out, then make your stay with this friend as short as possible. Do not add fuel to the fire by giving your husband an excuse to think that anything happened or is happening between you and your guy friend.

Also,I strongly hope this doesn't apply to you, but if a divorce is filed, he can say that you moving in with a man could prove adultery and get spousal support or custody of your baby.

First think about any relatives option if not any one then u can chhose this option for little time. So, tht u can think abt the matter by result of which u were kicked out and if u hv time currently thn aware abt tht situation and try not to happen this type of problem in future.

Vcoz u r facing the problem so u can take gud decision thn any one else. So, be cool and think all the matters and try to make some alternative solution for this and choose the best one as per ur suitability and mind.

It's probably not an ideal situation. Being in close proximity to "just a friend" can sometimes lead to one or both of you change your feelings. If it's a last resort and short term, then do what you need to do to keep your baby safe, but I would highly suggest finding a female friend to live with more permanently.

For what reason did he kick you out? The matter would be worst if he misunderstanding your relationship. Go to your family, if you don't have one nearby, then I suggest you go to your local women shelter until thing works out with him. If you don't care for him any more or vice versa than sure. A friend in need is a friend in deed.

Yes. However your husband could use it against you in a divorce if he wants to divorce you. He could make it look like you were cheating on him. Is the house/ apt in your name too? If so he cant kick you out and call the police if he tries to.
