The guy in question actually treats my friend like a queen, he does everything for her, they are always going out, and she is the one that left him. I, and this is going to sound terrible, feel more sorry for the other woman, but she has to know that he is not going any where. As for my friend, her "punishment" that is what he calls it, is up in September and she has a whole laundry list of things she wants from him in sept, or she is going to leave him in Jan. She don't seem to care about the other person, she said that he had to have someone while she was gone. My question is should I tell the woman in my office that she is being played??? Also, the children don't have a clue because he is always around them, he only sees this woman on saturday night from 11pm until 3am while the kids are alseep, at her club.

Just let them make their own mistakes. I they can't see people for what they are, then they need to learn. If the children were involved, I would say something else, but since the kids aren't involved. Just let it be and things will play out the way they need to. sometimes meddling will make things worse for all, including you. Just leave them be.

The guy is the problem here.

I always try to identify what the problem is and work on the problem. You could just straight up keep telling him he's a jerk ... I think this is really all you should do ... keep forcing him to be a man; be relentless.

He'll probably say, "It's none of your bussiness, don't judge me" but in actuality, you're probably being the best friend he's ever had by holding the mirror up to his face and holding him accountable.

Don't feel sorry for either woman ... just feel sorry for this pathetic excuse of a man; he's the one who needs it ... your friend, well, she's informed ... and the other one is an innocent victim ... he's got a sickness and doesn't understand how to function in society --- feel sorry for him and hold him accountable.
