I believe it is due to humans but not in the way most people portray it. It is a natural phenemon. For example: Today there are over 6 billion people on earth, not to mention extensive amounts of domesticated animals to support the 6 billion people. When the average temperature of humans is 98.6 degrees, and animals a little higher, one can't expect the temperatures not to rise due to increased human population kicking out 98.6 degrees. Ever been in a room and notice the temperature rise as the room gets more crowded. Well the earth's temperature rise is due to that effect. If we control human population growth, we can control the rise in the earth's temperature. This is just my opinion only and not based on any scientific evidence.

Both. Ice ages occour in cycles (Malenkovich sp? cycles). ever since the last ice age (13,000 years ago) its been getting warmer and warmer. Humans probably dont help the situation but things will run their own course on their own time, like they have for millions of years.
