Should we strike North Korea pre-emptively before they strike either Japan or South Korea? We are going to war if North Korea attacks either country anyways, why not just get it over with? Unfortunately I think we will have to use a nuke or two to send them a clear message that we are not fooling around.

For what? Because Kim was shooting his missiles into the sea? He paid for them and he didn't hurt anyone ... why kill more innocent people?
