white nipple discharge, pregnant?

i was off birth control for 3 weeks had period then started new bc... i took it for 3 days then forgot for 3 more and had sex.. i was ovulating and now my nipples are so sore and when i squeeze white stuff is coming out.. is that a symptom? plus i'm tired and i've felt a little cramping about a week ago

You need to see your doctor. If you think you might be pregnant, because you SHOULD NOT take another birth control pill until you know.
About the discharge: Nonspontaneous discharge that occurs only when you press on your nipple is usually normal and occurs in the majority of women at one time or another. The discharge can be clear, cloudy, white, yellow, green, or brown. The more the nipple is pressed or stimulated, the more fluid is discharged. This type of nipple discharge does not usually indicate a problem.
However, you can still let your doctor know about it.
When a woman is pregnant, milk is not the first liquid to be excreted by the breast. A clear liquid called colostrum is. It is the "first milk" that gives the baby it's antibodies against infections. The 'white' milk doesn't come in for 3-4 days.

I have not heard of that being a symptom of pregnancy, but I had white discharge from my nipples when I was pregnant. You should take a pregnancy test and go see your doctor.

Take a test. We can't tell you if you might be pregnant or not. Discharge from the breast could be a sign of infection.

You should definately go get checked.--but--it could be you just threw you hormones out of whack because of the birth control.You REALLY need to take them every day! You are totally messing up your cycle by forgetting them like that.

yes you could be but i would go to the doctor when i was pregnant i had the same symtoms but i also felt sick to
