I ahve a lawyer. I have gone to court SEVERAL times. The EX-Wife was ordered to STOP using my name, also have sued her the state of Texas. I guess my question is really, Is the "SYSTEM" geared twards the female? and why is it that a man is "EXPECTED" to flip the bill for a felon kid-naper in one state and the others want to see her behind bars? I am tired of the run aropund, THEY, SHE, and the lazy courts WIN.

Traditionally yes the system in divorces is very far behind the times in still seeing women as uneducated housewives in need of a man's support to take care of them. That is slowly swinging back the other way in some cases where teh woman makes more than the man, and in custody cases depending on circumstances, but it will take a long time. Eventually the laws will be changed to reflect modern society. Law is the very slowest thing to change, especially when not dramatically motivaed to do so.

Call the FBI. If there are jurisdiction problems, the buck stops there. "The System" does seem to favor females in some states, but those are the "progressive" ones. Mostly it favors males. If your divorce is not final, that's the place to start. You will continue to have to pay for her (in some states) until you have finalized your divorce. Honestly, it sounds like you should get legal help.
