Good sportsmanship is not gloating when you win, not sulking when you lose, playing fairly and by the rules.
We need to have good sportsmanship to have a good, fair game. It shows respect for our team-mates, coach, and ourselves.
We can train ourselves to be examples of good sportsmanship by always following the rules, and having acceptance of the outcome of the game, whether win or lose.
It also helps to either shake hands with the other team-mates, or congratulate the winning team.
Great question. Good luck!

Sportsmanship is not telling your opponant that his "Father is a terrorist" and his sister "is a whore" just to rile him up and get him thrown out.
