~Assuming you are in the US (legally), Grand Island, Long Island, Staten Island, Long Beach Island, The Outer Banks, Key West, The Thousand Islands, Mackinaw Island, Hawaii (and islands thereof), Catalina Island.
Or, if I misunderstood the question, most places still take cash and Mastercard.

there are many island countries in asia that you can travel to without a visa, but you cannot stay for long, say, not over 30 days, otherwise, you have to have a visa.

If you are a US citizen you can travel to US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Jamaica.
