I fought in World War II, so I know something about justice and injustice... every nation has a right to defend itself... if your government harbors terrorist, then you should be willing to accept the fact that you are going to be attacked by a nation that you allow to be attacked by terrorist organizations that your government allows to operate in your country... so my question is.. what is the big uproar over Israel killing some Arab scum????

If it was not for USA, Israel would be wiped out. Arabs do not like having any other religion among them. War is not the answer, and you probably know that being in the war your self, but sometimes, there is just nothing else left to do. I am not Jewish, but sometimes I wish there was some land discovered that no one new about, that just had risen out of the sea, so it could be given to all the Jewish people to live there and get away from those murderers that surround them(Jordan is an exception) And, I can not care less about terrorist scum being murdered. However, there are other Innocent people being hurt as well.

Lebanon ,,,, was only attacked by Israel after, Hezbollah an Islamic terrorist organization, from their country, started a terrorist war against Israel,,, the Lebanon government takes no responsibility for Hezbollah,,probably has no control over terrorists in their country,,,, Israel will only go after the organization of Hezbollah,,, and attempt to entrap them,,,,,,,,,

I understand what you're saying, and I agree that Isreal has been unfairly treated in the press. OF COURSE they have the right to defend themselves. Lebanon's government is responsible for what happens within their borders. What I find very unfortunate is that it is the people of Lebanon who are suffering. Some are harboring terrorists, and some are terrorists themselves. I think, ultimately, it is the terrorists who have brought this on the people, since they insist on hiding behind innocent citizens.

First of all, there are millions of innocent people who get killed in situations like this because certain groups fight over one issue or another. Second, you are an obnoxious bigot bastard for even saying "Arab scum". Who the hell do you think you are?! There are many people in Lebanon who cannot just pack up and leave. They're pretty much stuck. Why don't you sharpen up on your knowledge of culture, geography, politics, religion and people in general? I can't stand people like you. The "uproar" is a very complex issue that you are trying to define in simplistic terms. The entire country of Lebanon and the entire state of Palestine cannot be universially branded as "Arab Scum" and therefore it it unconscionable that all of these people should suffer and die for the misdeeds of a few.
You might want to bring that closer to home by changing the model to our existence in our country - should you (Mr. Self righteous) pay for all of the sins of our tainted few in our society?
Recognize that a human life is just as precious as yours is anywhere, Not just in the United States.

Lebanon deserves every bit that Israel is throwing back at them.The govt of Lebanon should think twice before harbouring and supporting terrorist organisations. Its unfourtunate that there are civilian casualties.Thats the sad reality of war.Syria should get some taste of it too.They are also behind these deadly rocket attacks into Israel in more ways than one!!

Yes, but i don't believe it is exactly Lebanon it is more of the terrorists roaming free around there. War is War people die it is a fact, It shows the Arabs not to mess with Israel because they are tough and relentless. Not to mention they have nukes.

Anyways, I think that Israel is just inciting more violence in the middle east, like there isnt enough already. There are more peaceful ways to settle issues like this. Violence just complicates everything more. The worst part is, innocent Lebanese civilians are the ones getting killed.

Yes and no. If the Lebanese gov tries to get the kidnapped soldies back to Isreal then it would show that they want peace. But it seems like Hizbollah is running the show and that the Gov does not have any say. Israel has to protect its soldiers and civilians!!! BTW-I am not jewish!!
