Now search for "Lifter". It is an awesome gravity device, which i have built myself from their plans. This little thing geretates a gravitational field!
It was tested in the 1970 (i think) by some French people in a vacuum chamber and it still lifted up.
So if we can already make gravity on demand, no matter how small it currently is, so i say Yes we will most defenately have antigravity drives in the future. I mean, i built one!

If ANYONE has a true "Anti-Gravity" device they will become Billionairs. And that news would be flashed across the World in a few hours. So I doubt that very much.
