No, no jeans EVER for a formal interview, Even if they're the thing you'll be wearing every day to work. The summer sweater with a navy blue or black skirt sounds fine, in the summer. Low heels. Now, if you're just stopping by a restaurant to see in you can get a dishwashing job, jeans are all right (but not heels)

No jeans. Wear a nice pair of slacks, or a skirt. You're going to be at a front desk where everyone sees you. Set a good impression for the interview, like you would look on the job.

No! I live in a major city(if not the most major city in the US) and fashion is big here but where ever you are...do not wear jeans! You can look way better with slacks or a nice (classy) skirt. Your shoes sbetter not show your toes and not be colorful and bright because that is a fashion NO! I don't want to seem rude but you seem like you going out to somewhere regular instead of an interview. Trust me, when I say Leave the jeans and go for dressy pants or slacks. You don't have to look like a nun but you can't go looking regular either.

Well, it's not exactly the best outfit to wear to a job interview, but if you accessorize well I'm sure you'll be able to pull it off.
Dark wash jeans are more sophisticated and sleek, but make sure they're boot cut and they fit well (not too loose or too tight-fitted!). Pair them with a blazer and a nice camisole underneath. Go for heels if you really want, but I'd suggest none open-toed heels... pointy pumps would look fabulous or even flats or boots.
Another option besides dark jeans would be trousers. They're chic and practical.
Good luck with the interview!

No, it is never appropriate to wear jeans to a job interview. I have hired people in the past and would take this as a sign that you are not really interested in the job or do not know what the business/professional world requires. Sorry, pick a nice suit instead.

Probably not. It is imperative to put your best foot forward in an interview and jeans of any color are simply not appropriate for a young lady. I presume you are a lady since you mention wearing heels. Better wear a nice dress or pant suit for the interview. Save the jeans for after you're hired, if the boss's dress code allows them.

It beats baggy jeans with the knees torn out and a Tee shirt with **** HAPPENS printed across the front (and I have had applicants show up in just that costume), but what you've described is really inappropriate for an interview at an up scale hotel.

You can wear regular denim jeans, with a dress shirt though -not a sweater.
