This is a very common new fraud going around under various names, but the are all the same, and they are all out to get money from you and your personal information only.

there is no such thing as a legal 'international lottery'

if you didn't enter a lottery in that country you did not win a lottery.

You are never required to put money up front to receive payment from a legitimate lottery

They are just phishing to get your personal information and money. Please do not reply and don't send them any of the requested documentation.

i received it also. i just tore it up because my friend told me it was a scam. but the check look real!!!
