Definitely Slim Jim. Beef Jerky is too tough in my opinion. It tastes okay, but how can you enjoy eating something that is like eating rubber? Not me. Imuch prefer the Slim Jim.

If you're younger than 20 then I suppose either one is okay so long as you're real active and don't eat a lot.
It's not the fat that's the problem with Jerky, although Slim Jim's do have a significantly higher fat content. But like I said if you're young and active you can burn off those fat calories as long as yo u don't do a steady intake of either one.
The really bad thing about both of those products is the sodium content. It's literally off the charts! Too much sodium is NOT GOOD. You should monitor your sodium intake and develop your palate to discern the natural flavors of the food you eat. Which should include and emphasize a large variety of fruits, veggies, and a substantial intake of water.
