Seriously if he asked me to marry him again that would be the best gift he could ever give me .
Or spend the entire day and night with him , just doing whatever , and a traditional gift for the anniversary year not expensive just a little something to show he put a Lil thought into it .
I ultimately would be very thank full just to make it two our second anniversary (coming up soon)and even more ecstatic to make it to the third

For our one year anniversary my husband took me to a nice dinner and then we made love later on.A really nice card or something handmade would be very nice. My gift was inside me, I was three months pregnant, I guess we didn't waste any time. Congratulations newly wed!

His heart.
I love when he expresses his love for me and showers me with love and attention. He treats me like the best thing on this side of heaven and the other.
But the very best thing he ever gave me was his child. I felt so loved and special when I carried his child within me. He gave me three children. The most heavenly gifts!
As for the material token...just remember her favorite things and put them all in a beautiful basket.
Actually, anything that shows you're thinking of her will be great. One year, my husband put duct tape in my stocking because he said now I could "hold things together" until he returned from his business trips. I always whined that I couldn't hold things together with three little kids while he was on the road. He suggested I just tie up the kids! We laugh and still remember the duct tape in my stocking.
Congratulations on your new life together!

Flowers, candlelight , dinner and wine!!! And great sex afterwards. Wrap plastic wrap around you when you get home and stick a big red bow on yourself and present yourself as the anniversary present. Now don't put the plastic over your face or anything.

Ask her! Then turn it up a notch!
But you could take her to a nice dinner and then afterwards have a 'second' wedding night. Athough it should be a lot better. And just treat her as a queen. It does not have to be expensive, but just make it special. Hope this works.

I second that idea on the dinner boat cruise!!!! Get a photo framed of the two of you together and wrap that up & give it to her also. Those little diamond circle necklaces are cute too (if that's in the budget).
