This is the main problem scientist and mathematicians are trying to prove, which when proved, will detarmin and prove the initial stage of creation and at the same time predit the future.
If you have read "A Brief History Of Time" a book written by Stephen Hawking, you will find this out.

The concept of a hypothetical theory for everything is the result of a stupid need for us humans to go on looking for answers to everything. It is time we realsie that not all things in life have answers and not all answers we get in life are the right ones. Time we realised that some things are best left to experience.

In mathematics, people mulled over the possibility of an algorithm that proves all possible theorems.
There is a theorem which proves that this is not possible. Extending this to your question, I would safely say no. This is not possible.

A "hypothetical theory" makes no sense. You may be referring to a "hypothesis". If so, yes, everything in the universe has a hypothesis.
