How do you know it is sperm. perhaps is just discharge from an STD or something. very unusual for sperm to come out with urine.

Impossible. Sperms are not visible unless you are looking under a microscope. Now, if white stuff is floating in the toilet when you pee you need to see a doctor. Most likely a bad UTI, or STD.

Might need to go to the doctor there buddy. I have never heard of that...Your prostate or something might be messed up. I would make an appointment to see your general physician.
