I don't think it's Jan. She hates Belle and Mimi and she was so obsessed with Shawn she would never want Shawn and Belle to have a baby together. She would have made sure it was her baby instead. I don't think it's Alex either because he doesn't really have anything to gain from messing with them all. I wondered if it has something to do with the DeMira's because they seem to always something to do with the crazy things that happen, even though they're supposed to be all dead.

He/She can run around the hospital unnoticed by being very careful and act as if they belong there. By the way the "gloved one" cannot be Alex North because he was killed on the island when he was on his "honeymoon" with Marlena. It's not Jan either since as far as the viewers know, she's still in a coma.

try watching Passions where nobody notices the witch, the mermaid or the bad acting.
Soap Operas are just crazy.
