Pirates of the Carribean 2...If you think was a good movie, then what were your favorite parts?

I didnt like the movie & am trying to figure out why others liked it so well.

THE KISS THE KISS THE KISSSSSSSS!!!!! I guess it just added a twist to everything amidst the mindless and superflous (yet awesome) action sequences. ----That's why everyone's asking if Liz and Jack have some feelings for one another. --But there again-Disney won't leave Will Turner "hanging" without a woman.


Overall, if you were looking for a plot, you didn't find it in this movie. If you were looking for some kind of conclusion---Not in this film. ----and as you already know it certainly doesnt have and actual ENDING (which is to be expected because the third installment is expected to CONCLUDE the matter).....BUT you have to admit that the special effects were TOPS and the action was enough to keep you awake. However, i will admit that it had a slow start.

I don't know if I can point to certain parts... I really liked how the plot just seemed thicker than it did in the other movie. For the 2nd movie of a trilogy, I think it was really well done. LOTR was amazing but the Twin Towers was kinda slow, as can be expected, so I was really surprised just by how much was in this one.

I was surprised by Norrington's change and by some of the new characters. I really liked how it all tied together. During the movie, I remember thinking "how could they possibly get out of this one?" multiple times, knowing that they would but I couldn't imagine how, which I later learned. The CG was also great- I didn't distinguish the CG characters from the real ones, and I've seen people really hating this movie because of their "distance" which I didn't see at all.

Might I add, I went to a midnight showing of this, meaning I was really happy and tired at the time. It also meant that there were lots of teenagers in there, and there was plenty of laughs in this movie- the whole audience would just roar with laughter at some parts. I also don't think that I've ever seen a non-horror movie that I've disliked. Just thought I'd throw that in there.

I thought it kind of dragged on for a long time, but the action scenes were pretty awesome, and so were the effects. The characters were all amazing, especially the cool Voodoo Queen, but the plot was a bit overstuffed. Too many things going on at the same time. But overall, I thought it was pretty good.

I love the movie! it was awesome but 2.5 hours is too long. Anyway, my favourite part is when Jack, Will and the crew from the Pearl were escaping from the cannibals. It was so freaking hilarious!

I thought the 3-way fight on the water wheel was well choreographed, but I prefered the skeletal/human in & out of the moonlight fight in the first movie. Can't wait to see the 3rd installment!

it was good. not that GREAT to be so excited about. the ending was so obvious. My favorite part would be the enterance of the flying dutchman. the CGI is exteremely well done

it showed to much of that icky stuff and not alot of Will Turner,Elizabeth and captain jack Sparrow....well my favorite part is probaly when Will and the other guy got off that spinnig water thing.....they were so funny!!!!:)LOL
