There is this book by Collen McCullough called the The Thorn Birds, there was a television serial aired on a channel in England way back in 1986 - 1987,when my husband was posted there. We had taped the full serial but unfortunately on our posting to Mumbai fungus got to the VCD and it got spoilt. Thorn birds is my favourite book can anyone tell me where I can find this serial again on the net.Thanks.

BBC America has it on DVD and so do a lot of stores. Out here, Fry's offers it at about 35 bucks and I think you can get in on Amazon.com for a little less but you have to pay shipping. I got it from BBC America. Try those, it really isn't that hard to locate. Give me an email if you need any more help. Good luck!!

The e book is plenty greater effective than the television series. The e book had plenty greater element in it. undertaking with making issues into action picture is that the photos of the main considerable characters are replaced from what you purported to what hollywood thinks they could desire to look like. Meg replaced into plenty prettier in my mind's eye and Ralph's son replaced right into a actual wimp interior the television series.

What a great mini-series. I really loved that one. I'm not exactly sure about htis, but it should be out on DVD by now, and Amazon.com is usually a good place to find hard to find TV shows and movies. Good luck.
