I would have to say that I miss being young. I grew up in the 80s and everything was so different then compared to how it is now. I have to agree with Craig C about this generation's children being in trouble. Nowadays it seems like all they do is listen to violent music and play violent video games. When I was growing up I didn't do any of that. I remember watching the best shows on TV and riding my bike around the block with my friends. Yes, I played my share of video games too, but they weren't violent ones. They were the Super Mario ones from the old Nintendo system. I miss the 80s and growing up.

I miss being a kid. Looking back, i was grateful for being raised during the 1980's. I was never into sports, but i always rode my bike around town. I also liked to tool with bicycles, and other things found in the garbage. Most kids today hardly ride their bikes anymore, and i heard the parks are empty. They are too busy playing video games. Then America wonders why the obesity rate is so high. Today this new generation of children is in trouble. Just think of it. The rap music, sex, violent video games, violence on television, violence on movies, and the internet. Nothing is pure anymore.

There were so many cool shows, like Facts of Life, Diff'rent Strokes, Love, Sidney. The music was so different, especially rap. I know I don't miss the big hair and the fluorescent clothing.

I wasnt alive during the '80's but I seriously believe that I was an '80's chick in my last life. i love the music. it just had so much better lyrics and feeling. and I miss kurt cobain :( it was courtney love! she did it! theres no way in hell that was a suicide!

The clothes.Well,being able to wear the clothes in public without someone throwing rocks or tomatoes.I still have the music.Ok,I still have the clothes,even magenta net fingerless gloves with matching hair bow.
