I searched 'tootsie pop' and 468 results came up. Lol. ;D
I doubt they all asked that, but I'm assuming the majority were.
I haven't seen it yet though.
Some of the results were exactly like yours...so I assume that the next question in line will be...How many times has the 'how many times has the tootsie pop licking question been asked here' here? x)

It's been posted as many times as licks to get to the center of a tootsie pop. Sorry, I'm getting tired.

I remember in first grade my class decided to find out and one boy counted. It was 120+ licks.
