If I weren't bi, then hmmm, no, I'd probably not kiss back, but politely pull away.
I might then state very nicely that I appreciate the gesture, as it took a great amount of courage for them to take that leap, and that you are flattered that they consider you someone worthy of their love and attention, but that this isn't a choice that you've made.
Unless of course you are straddling the fence, or if your gay, then yes, at least try it and see what you think.

If I were homosexual and found the man attractive and I was interested in him, yes I would kiss back. Homosexuals have the same feelings that heterosexuals have and each to their own. If I were not homosexual, the person would already know I wasn't interested, but if he didn't, I'd have to just tell him he got the wrong idea about me.
