I'm definitely a Xanga fan. It's easy to customize your site and everything is just clear and simple. Livejournal is my second favorite. There are tons of journal sites-what's you favorite?

LiveJournal's great if you're a social blogger. Wordpress is also really nice, especially for private or personal journals.

i'm quite drained of answering this question... Ucoz is the superb loose internet host CMS blend available. U can use freewebs or wordpress and stuff, yet none will be as solid as ucoz. in case you do not favor something fancy, attempt something else...
