Congratulations on your new job. My answer is: you cope with job loss by getting another, and you've already done that, so all power to you! This should give you breathing space to find something more suitable, or advance where you are.

My best advice is that it's normal. People lose jobs and gain jobs. Think of it as a life's experience so the only way to deal with it is to get a new job. Develop with their coworkers and find a reasonable job that fits your salary needs. Prepare a good resume stating all the awards you've gained and universities you've attended. Also, be sure to put your 6 years into your resume. With that completed, look in the newspaper or monster.com to find the job you need. Then go and apply. Perhaps you will get a job better than the last one with a better salary. You never know, life has its ups and downs and this job might turn out better then the last one.

I definitely feel your pain on that one. I have been unemployed for six years and I am still having a hard time finding a job, despite getting good grades in high school and in college. The way I deal with this is by getting more education to get a bachelor's degree and prepare a really good resume for the near future for another job. Another way I deal with this is by giving service to those that need it or are less fortunate.

i've got self assurance there is often artwork someplace, rather of crying and getting depressed be professional energetic, the two do issues like gardening, handyman artwork etc or sell up your place and circulate to the place you may get artwork, shifting isn't certainly as problematic because it variety of feels. My husband could no longer get an honest activity and so moved to eire, then to Australia and now's head hunted via agencies. basically put in a hundred% attempt and you will't circulate incorrect. solid success

Simple, realize that at some point in a person's life, we all loose a job. Whether we're fired for not working out, downsized, etc., we're not along by a longshot.

Eventually, we'll find another job that we'll like and will last.

No such thing as a job for life nowadays. Don't sit back get out there and offer all your skills to another employer and eventually something will come along.

Don't take one in the first place or get a "job for life" and have it put into writing in quadruplicate with addendums for retrospective support for your entire family if the boss bumps you off because you are sat on your rump pushing buttons all day instead of learning how to bump him off instead. ;-)

Or change your name to that thing that begins with G and ends in D and sue yourself for damages...

Or, or, or, buy or build a boat to go with it and turn it into a ship and head into outer space like the rest of us netheads.

God has a special thing planned for you down the road. He just is trying to inform you that it's time for you to follow the path he has laid before you. You'll be alright.
