i'm 23 weeks pregnant, i feel some movements and kicks over my belly button (uuper part of my stomach), does this mean it's my baby moving and kicking or it's juct gas bubbles?

It could definitely be the baby moving. Most women first feel movement at around 23 weeks. Congratulations!

baby is kicking. There's no mistaking that with gas bubbles. They say if you eat chocolate, you'll get the baby wired to kick. It worked for me. Give it a try. You could have fun with it.
Try this... (I did it with my first)...
lay down, and put the remote control over your belly. Wait until the feeling comes. When you see the remote teeter, you'll know it was a kick because bubbles don't do that. I know, a bit weird. I had many nights where that's all I did for my own amusement.

the top of your uterus would be just about at your belly button or slightly above, depending on how tall you are and how high your belly button is above your pelvis. that would mean that it could be the baby, but it is probably just gastric bubbles from your intestines getting pushed up out of your baby's way. i'm having my 5th next week and with all 5 i didn't feel any movement above the belly button until i hit about 27-28 weeks.

I was confused too..... didnt know if it was my intestines LOL.........I just had my baby 4 months ago and miss his kicks. Eventuallyl u will feel it for sure. with time u may notice a patteren of when he/she does it.......Mine was when i woke up, went to bed, got on the pickup, and surrround sound system playing with a movie.

for sure your baby moving. you can lay down on your back and you will feel him move real good and if you are skinny your stomach will twitch and jump a little...congrats mommy!!!

It's your baby. I felt mine at 10wks and I think it feels like jello wiggling. ^_^
