Mexico is not a G8 or G5. I think it based nations with the top 8 (or 5) economies. Short for Group of 8 (or 5).

No, Mexico is not a G8 or G5.
G5 or G8 refer to the country which possess the greatest economic and political power in the world.
from my opinion, i think that mexicans are very passion and hardworking. also, Mexico is the devisified country, in term of culture.

Mexico? If Mexico's economy was an IQ, it would be on par with a dumb plant. It has no influence on the geopolitical atmosphere.

it's short for 'great eight' the # of nations that contribute most to the world's economy. mexico, not even near that number. don't get me wrong, i like mexico, it's just that there are no third world countries really in this group. it consists of industralized nations.
