where are your hands suppost to be. I have to take my drivers license test and I think they dont want you to cross your arms when making a turn. do you know what the instructor will be looking for?

if cross over hand to hand is faster to do then do it!


or as in police training they want you to keep your hands on the wheel at all times just slide your hands over grip and slide grip and slid until you turn then back again

at the ten, and two oclock position on the steering wheel, but while in the act of turning the wheel , palms, on the wheel, with the whole hand on the out side of it

they want you to do the cross over last I knew. I got points taken away because I palmed the wheel. Bad....

You should use hand-over-hand steering. And if you haven't been taught what that is... good luck, and God help you.
