Is it possible for me to get missed calls when it is off?
or is it possible for the cell phone to not ring when it is low on battery, and put a missed call sign?
I had seen the missed call from someone that they called 2 times, but when I clicked to see the details, it just disappeared, and the name of the person who called wasn't on the log... Am I going crazy? LoL... And my phone was off, because of the battery..

Yeah, that happens to my phone sometime. After a low battery it will replay any missed calls from a while back to make sure you got them. But when you go to check them they don't apply anymore so it doesn't show. And no, when the phone is off you don't get missed calls. I hate that about it! You best bet if you want to know about the calls is to put it on silent. It rings for the caller but not for you so they can still leave a message and you still know they called. And when it is on low batery it probably will ring. I've never heard of it not ringing but it might not have enough power to ring you know? Okay then well I hope all this helped!

take my word, never break your head on missed calls. if the person has some urgent work, will make a proper call.
by the description you gave, it sounds like there is some problem with the phone piece. get it checked by a service tech.

no u cant get a missed call if ur phone is off it wont show up u might be going crazy lol but yea
