At least half the time. I always have the best of intentions to get something really important accomplished, and I get dragged into a lot of useless meetings, have to answer to some customer issue, or deal with a personnel problem.

yes i frequently felt that all the time, with my line of work i couldn't avoid being interrupted most of the tI'me and i always get the feeling that im spending too much time attending to unnecessary meetings and all that.

yes many of them feel like that as sometimes people want to do some thing else but are forced to act in other ways and so they feel they are exhausted...

all the time but i got used to it (mostly). just do what you can do the best that you can, that way at least you'll be satisfied with what you accomplished. remember, its the company's dollar and if they want to waste it, there isn't much you can do.
