She should go to the doctor, make sure that the blood work shows which hormones are not working correctly, then the doctor will give her the right medications and will monitor her progress to make sure all is well and personalized for her.

If you are referring to the hormone released from the pituitary gland or in that region, I would think you'd have to see some kind of pathologist to make sure that this truly is the problem, and that it isn't simply a case of your genetic predisposition for the undesireable growth function.
