I think that if the King were reincarnated he should retire to a recording studio at Graceland and continue to write and record music for as long as he wanted to....but touring would be a bit much...I don't know how many new fans he could drum up, but he could record for his many old fans.

the correct grammar for that would be as follows:
"What if i WERE Elvis reincarnated?"
That's because it's in the subjunctive form of a sentence, therefore, you use the term "were" with everything, as well as 'I' and 'he/she/it'
