Call or visit your bank. They can change the pin number for you. There may also be a toll-free number on the card itself that you can call for customer service.

You can request a new one from your bank, but it will be quicker if you use the ATM machine to do so. Insert your card in the ATM and you will get an option to change pin number. Start by entering the old pin and then select a new pin number. You should then get a confirmation on the screen to say the change was successful. Better you get the help of your bank.

Call the number on the back.
If the card does not belong to you, call the number on the back and report that you have found a card.

To comply with the Patriot Act, anytime you wish to change your ATM, you MUST visit a local branch so they can verify you are who you are.

One thing to keep in mind though, your institution may not have that option available yet. At the credit union that I work for, we are supposed to be getting it but we don't have it yet.
