I was hired as a junior accountant and after 1 year I was promoted to staff accountant. I did not have any formal experience besides school.

yep, you put in your time, now you have the experience. must ask yourself, are your skills better? Can you do the job well? Have you been upgrading?

It's perfectly OK to leave a job after a year. Will your current employer be happy that you're leaving, probably not, but if you leave on good terms, then you do what you have to do.

My suggestion is to look for other jobs, and if you happen to find one that offers you more money or a better opportunity, you could explain this to your current boss and see what they say. Perhaps they'll match or offer you something as an incentive to stay.

If so, then you have a reason to remain--better job and pay, continuation of benefits, etc. If not, then you have another job in the wings. Either way, you win.

Huuuge congratulations for the 25 pounds:) You look great, you're very pretty (something you can't always tell if you're carrying too much weight:p) I wouldn't say you should lose any more weight, you might need to tone up your stomach a bit, although if you've lost alot, it might just be loose skin you can't tone without surgery- try something that reduces stretch marks though, like Bio-oil. Well doneeee!
