No. The British gave 1/2 of India away to the muslims, now called Pakistan, and still they fight constantly. The muslims are fighting the Russians in the southern regions. The muslims are fighting in Somalia and other parts of africa. The muslims are fighting for control of Malaysia. The muslims attack Israel, the muslims attack America. No. Even without Israel the tribes of each country are still involved in some heavy warfare. There are at least ten ethnic groups and easily as many different forms of Islam. And of course most of them are at war with each other.
