I would choose the Honda. The Honda will cost a little mor but is a better quality.I bought a KIA in 2001 and kept it for 1 1/2 years. It had many problem and a vibration that the dealers could not figure out.I was told by kia that they did not know what was causing it and they said I would just have to live with the problem.I traded the car in and will never buy another kia.The coice is yours so if you choose kia,all I have to say is good luck

Kia is a division of Hyundai and Hyundai is owned by the Korean government.

Honda is a japanese company that has 7 plants in the USA that employees Americans. It also was the best car maker for about 9 years until Toyota took the title but Honda is still no. 2.

In Malaysia and SIngapore,

Honda has been dominating with their VTEC and Type-R specs. Are you looking for performance or mileage?

Personally, I feel more better when I am in Honda.
