Smoking crack at a wedding is definetly out of line. Your sister was right to be pissed. You should lay off the stuff too.

Well for one thing is was diresecptful. And it is aganst the law. I would have been pissed off too. More a shamed then pissed. And he did ruin her wedding cause he did something that made her have to ask him to leave and could have had the cops called.

It probably did not seem like socially acceptable behaviour to her and perhaps she thought the other guests might see it and it might reflect on her. I remember that some of the kids I went to high school were shocked when myself and a few others passed joints arounds at my high school graduation ceremony, 40 years ago, but it was so terminally boring I had to get ripped to tolerate it.
