Because liberals are usually the most selfish people. They want things that are best for them but not anyone else. Especially the laws they try to make. Here's a liberals motto: "I want to be able to anything I want whenever I want".

Also, judging a person based on their politically belief system does not mean you are not tolerating them. You have judging ppl based on prejudices confused with that. Conservatives are bigots because they base a lot of their choices on prejudices within them that they can't even see are prejudices sometimes... ie, saying they believe in equality for all but then turn around and accept special rights from the state for their marriages while denying those special rights to gay ppl.
That's bigotry versus just holding a person accountable for their behavior. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and swims like a duck them more than likely it is a duck.

Hey tough guy!! I am sorry if some liberal hurt your feelings :( I truely am sorry! Dont judge every liberal like that or else that justifies our argument that conservative christians are bigots. Dont judge everyone because of that because well for one some christians are liberals and well sometimes conservative christians are bigots. Maybe sometimes conservative christians are misinterpreted because of they way they say something and sometimes liberals maybe are too quick to pull out the bigot card but well its true liberals are emotional but that is only because they truely are passionate about what they believe. I'm not a Liberal but I am a believer.
I don't think, though, that Liberals use the word bigot too often against Christians. They call them a lot of things but that's usually not one of them.
FYI, there are many Liberals who are also Christians. Unitarians, Presbyterians, Episcopalians, etc.
