Its never easy to lose weight, but if you have the will power, you can. Eat 6 small meals a day instead of three heavy meals. Cut out all the junk, fried and oily food. Drink lots of water , take fruits and vegetables and most importantly, exercise. Once your body is used to this daily regime, You can sit back and say,"I did it." Good luck and stay healthy.

Exercise, drink 8 glasses of water a day, eat fruit and vegetable instead of fatty foods. Eat less in general.

Exercise, eat healthy, no fast food or pizza. Eat non-greasy stuff with protein. Then you need to enroll in an english class.

run every moring about a mile and have a diet, only at fruits and vegitables
and run on the treadmill and go biking
do push ups
