Does anyone know the name of that movie that's out that looks like a very realistic yet dramatic animation?

I saw this teaser trailer for it on TV and it looked really cool. Almost like it was live action and then they when back and put some sort of strange filter on it. I wanted to check it out on the internet, but i forgot the name. Does anyone have any idea what i am talking about?
