I've got a chicken/egg farm near me (the 'joys' of country living) and the best thing I've found is Safers Mosquito Patrol. It's a green plastic bottle you connect to your garden hose and spray all over. It keeps them away (along with all the other flying critters) for about a month (or until a good rain)! There is a similar product from Cutter called Bug Free Backyard that's in a gray/blue bottle but it only lasts 2 weeks (altho it's much more readily available).

well the 1st thing to do is make the place as spotlessly clean as possible and to put all food in the fridge and get rid of all garbage
then spray thoroughly with a fly spray in all rooms
then get some fly paper and hang it in the centre of each room
finally keep the place spotless and spray regularly and change the fly paper frequently

Hang the bait bags somewhere far away from the house so you don't attract them close to your doors and windows. You won't be bothered by the smell of the bait bag so much either.

Houseflies are attracted to heat and the smells of garbage. If the area in question is approximately the temperature of a rotting corpse, then lower the temperature.

um, fly tape? to hang from the ceiling and/or porch...i used to use those when i lived in the country...that, or bug lights? for at night...i guess you could always call pest control...
maybe there is something that attracts them when the weather is different...have a look around...:)

pour watered down bleach in that area, hang up fly glue traps.... i have them bad too. seems they always come in with me. but its because my neighbor has a fish pond beside us and they are attracted to that. so maybe it isnt you, it could be something near you and you just happen to see them alot, like i do here at my place.
