Yes, because you body is going through major changes. I wouldn't really be worried but you should discuss your concerns with your Dr.

It depends are you still getting morning sickness? Are you eating enough iron in your diet? Are you normally pale?

It could all be perfectly normal depending on what is normal for you. I slept lots during the first trimester of all four of my pregnancies. However I ended up having to take iron supplements. Next time your at the doctor get a blood test. Don't worry yourself too much just get it checked out.

No matter what you must go to a doctor throughout you pregnancy the doctor through blood and urine samples can keep a close watch. If you have been having these signs I suggest you see your doctor now.

yes it is speacially if it's your first cuz your body is adjusting to the hcg hormone. Take naps and drink plenty of water, because you could dehydrate easier when you're pregnant also and that could also make you feel like that. Just get plenty of rest and take it easy speacially when you feel really weak so you don't fall and hurt yourself or the baby.

You should be experiencing a lot of tiredness and fatigue, and if you're having a bad case of morning sickness, then yes this would be quite normal. If you're concerned, go see your OB/GYN
