Purena show or professional feed you get it at the feed store and they don't need all that other stuff hay is a good treat we have been raising show bunnies for 3 years and have grand champs in our barn . Good luck

If you can find them, timothy-based pellets are better than the standard alfalfa ones. They're more expensive and hard to find, but they're better nutritionally. Alfalfa pellets were originally meant to fatten up rabbits for food, and they've since changed the formula to make them more suitable for pet rabbits, but it's still not as good for them as timothy pellets. I've been feeding all my various small animals I've had Kaytee brand food since I was little, and I'm reluctant to try anything new since my dog died from eating dog food that turned out to be contaminated with a type of fungus, but I don't actually know that that's the best brand although my rabbit seems to like it pretty well.

Also give them plenty of hay. If they're eating alfalfa pellets (which they may be as I've not been able to find Timothy ones everywhere), it's important that they always have access to timothy hay as alfalfa has too much protein and not enough fiber.

You should give them some fresh fruits and vegetables too. And my rabbit is quite found of pet-store treats as well, although those may not be the best thing for them.

Alphalpha pellets mostly. Give them plenty of dried grasses - but not alphalpha, if you're giving them pellets (they'll get too much protein). Oat, wheat, & rye grass mix is nice.

A little fresh food (if you don't use lawn treatments - you can just walk outside) like clover, mint, herbs, plantain, strawberry leaves, etc. Also the occasional treat like a half inch of carrot, turnip, the like.

Look up the "bad treat" and "good treat" rabbit foods - some veggies you'll want to avoid - like things that have too much oxalic acid.

The best food for any rabbit is a good quality hay, like coastal or timothy. Fresh and clean. A little bit of pellets are OK. No alfalfa.
