Why do people ask questions of thier partners wether it be husband/ wife or boyfriend/girlfriend then get mad at the answers they are given. If you do not want to know the answer to the question asked why ask ?

When people ask questions of their partners, they often have some attached, ulterior motives. They may be looking for justification for a personality trait they don't like about themselves, recent behavior they feel is questionable, or just some positive reinforcement. The important thing is that they had the courage to ask the question(s). Open, honest communication is essential for a healthy relationship. And asking questions is an important first step.
Perhaps an important thing for the other person to remember is that a negative reaction to an answer is often just that...a reaction. Often with some time and thought, they will realize that it was more important to get an honest answer to their question than a dishonest one...or worse, no answer at all.
Just because someone has a negative reaction to the answer for a question they asked, it doesn't mean that they didn't want to know the answer.

r u one of them? pls don't get angry with me 4 all i did was answering ur question.

being well installed on the keyboard far away from that person makes u give an answer u wouldn't normally give if u were just standing in front of that person. some answers are just so offensive and some influence other ppls answer. but i think that's a lack of maturity, getting mad about this and it only happens when u first start using Yahoo Answers.

weren't we all surprized about how our first questions were answered?

Oftentimes in life, people want affirmations to their thoughts and opinions and they typically ask these questions of those that they feel will affirm them without question.

I typically find it best to be honest though (which might be why I'm not in a relationship at the moment) and tell the truth, in the nicest way possible.

Love as always,

Sebastian

people ask because he is not perfect.he does not know everything so he ask.eventhough he knows, he still ask maybe for clarification, for assurance, or to boast that only he knows the answer, or to test if somebody knows the answer, or even if he knows the answers, he still asks to hear the answers directly form the mouth of that person they are asking.
people ask not only to solicit information. it is also a big part of communication. asking is a cliche in communication.
other reason also why peoole ask is to earn points in Yahoo answers, like this one...
am i right?

We hope that we get the answer that we want to hear. Getting mad is usually a good way to hide the hurt you feel.

My boyfriend does that often. Sometimes out of plain stupidity or it's not the answer they were expecting and it drives them crazy. Men are just stupid like that.

Often times people want to hear "what they want to hear" and anything else unexpected just makes them mad bc it's not what they had in mind. Weird how people work. :)
