As long as nobody sees you and you dont get caught... Pick your spot.
Or be somewhere where most are. Ie where all the college and high school teens go in cars to some cliff top where it oversees a city and know as a lovers point or something... then knowbody cares as thats what they are doing.
Legal wiser dont get caught but thats half the fun

A big YES as long as you don't get caught. It gives you the best thrills in life. But be carefull or you might end up making love inside the prison cell.

if you dont get caught and make sure its not too public where kids could see you!lifes for enjoying,so is sex,so why not,everyone likes to be spontaneous

No. It is out of place, it is not decent and I believe that you can be arrested and charged. Ones sanity may also be questioned.
